The Spark Behind Spark HRC

With nearly 30 years of experience in HR, I’ve dedicated my career to creating workplaces where people thrive. As the founder of Spark, I specialize in crafting tailored HR solutions that help organizations build strong, engaged teams and a culture of success. I’m also deeply committed to mentoring and leadership coaching, guiding leaders to develop confident, authentic leadership styles that inspire their teams and drive meaningful change.
I hold a BA in Sociology with postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph and certifications in Mediation, Dispute Resolution, Conflict Management, and Management Coaching from the University of Windsor Law School. My career spans diverse industries, including data technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and telecommunications, giving me the versatility and insight to guide organizations through challenges and opportunities. Additionally, my nonprofit board experience has deepened my understanding of mission-driven leadership and meaningful organizational impact.
Throughout my career, I’ve led transformative initiatives focused on shaping company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and empowering leadership.
