Our Founder
Jennifer is a Human Resources Leader and Trainer who works with organizations to build and enhance their employee-centered programs by driving employee success and supporting the achievement of organizational goals.
After spending more than two decades as an HR professional in companies of varying sizes and industries, Jennifer has honed her ability to facilitate lasting changes that shape company culture, impact employee engagement, and enhance management effectiveness. Areas of her training focus include leadership development, people management, team building, conflict management, diversity & inclusion, and workplace harassment/restoration.
Jennifer holds a BA in Sociology paired with postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph. She has also completed certification programs in Mediation, Dispute Resolution, Conflict Management and Executive Coaching with the University of Windsor Law School and holds a professional designation in Workplace Fairness Assessment & Restoration.
